Whitelisting Residential Proxies

What does whitelisting my IP mean?

You are pre-authorizing your use of the proxies so there are no interruptions during the middle of a drop.

This is mandatory. Your proxies will not work if you do not enter an IPV4 in the whitelist.

Do I have to whitelist my IPs?

You have to auth your IP. Your proxies will not work if you do not enter an IPV4 in the whitelist.

What if I don't whitelist my IPs?

If you do not whitelist your IP, your proxies will not work.

How do we authenticate an IP?

First, you will need to get your IPV4 address. You can get it here.

Then, go to your residential orders page. You can also click here to access it.

You will then see your plan.

Enter your authenticated IPs below and then click Save & Generate at the bottom. If you do not click Save & Generate, the added IPV4 will not save.

The outcome will result in a subnet /24 mask meaning if your IP is 34.45.5.20 it will go to 34.45.5.0/24 because the /24 denotes any range from 34.45.0.0-34.45.0.255 so that is expected.

IF YOU DO NOT IP AUTH YOUR IP - YOUR PROXY PLAN WILL NOT WORK. PLEASE READ ABOVE.
